SENIOR BENEFITS ANALYST
The Williamson Group is currently searching for a Senior Benefits Analyst for our Group Life and Health Business Unit. This position will work directly with a Senior Account Manager and Client Service Representative team. We are counting on you!
Key Attributes:
- An individual who can be both a self-starter, and work well within a team dynamic;
- 3+ years of experience in an employee benefits underwriting or benefits analyst role;
- Superior analytical, mathematical, and communication skills, particularly in the areas of renewal negotiation;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets/formulas, and Word;
- Ability to effectively and accurately:
- Perform renewal analysis, negotiations, and renewal preparation
- Analyze statistical data and financial information to determine trends
- Prepare regular financial reporting detailing plan usage
- Assist in union negotiation process, including benefit pricing
