CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Williamson Group is currently searching for a Client Service Representative for our Group Life and Health Business Unit. This position will support an Account Manager, providing superior client service to a dedicated client block. You will be the primary point of contact between the clients and insurance carriers.
Key Attributes of the successful candidate:
- Strong, demonstrable customer service skills and focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- 3+ years of experience in group insurance customer service

A sound understanding of group insurance is critical, including:
- Plan administration
- Benefit policy wording and interpretation
- Claims process and successful resolution of disputes
- Amendment processing
- An individual who can be both a self-starter, and work well within a team dynamic
- A working knowledge of collective agreements, employment law and human resources functions is valuable
- Ability to multi-task effectively, including managing time sensitive deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
