The Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017  seems to be a “good for some/bad for others” piece of legislation, depending on which lens you are looking through. This act touches on minimum wage, vacation time, personal emergency leave, work scheduling, union certification, and other provisions of the Employment Standards Act.

It appears that the Ontario government has released a winner with OHIP+, offering pharmacare for people under the age of 25. If there was a Billboard chart for political announcements, this one would be on its way to platinum across all genres and demographics.
