Third Party Administration


The need to outsource the administration of Employee Benefit plans will vary from company to company. From issues of core competency to Human Resources downsizing, outsourcing benefits administration may be a solution that fits your company needs and budget.

The Williamson Group is pleased to offer the following services under our Third Party Administration (TPA) Service Agreement:

• Employee additions/changes/terminations. Our services include enrolling new employees on the benefit plan, changing coverage to reflect any dependant status changes and terminating employees as needed.
• Monthly billing. When more than one insurance carrier has been contracted, we will consolidate the bills and produce a master monthly bill for ease, and coordinate premium remittance.
• Monthly billing reconciliation. We will reconcile your monthly billing to the changes made during the month.
• Benefits coverage inquiries. We will answer questions employees may have regarding specific benefit coverage details.
• Claims inquiries. We will look into claim inquiries for employees who are looking for an explanation or resolution to an outstanding claim issue.
• Claims filing assistance. Employees will be able to call for assistance if they have trouble completing any of the claim forms.
• Completion of Plan Sponsor Forms for STD / LTD claims. We will complete the Plan Sponsor Statements for new STD / LTD claims and forward it to the insurance carrier on your behalf.
• Annual over-age dependant status updates. We will send out a request every September to update the status of over-age dependant students to ensure coverage is accurate and updated accordingly.
• Health Care Spending Accounts. We have the ability to pay claims and track individual account balances.
• Toll-free phone line for employee and plan administrator inquiries.
• Dedicated e-mail address for employees wishing to contact us with an inquiry.
